4Team Email Responder add-in for Microsoft Outlook allows you to send custom out of office auto reply messages automatically if you are away from your computer. You can use default auto reply templates or create your own custom templates based on your current status, such as Away, Out of Office, Vacation or any other custom Calendar status. Email Responder can also refer to your MSN/Windows Live Messenger FreeBusy status. Auto reply messages will be sent even if you are away from your computer. You can set auto reply to emails received from the selected senders and disable automatic reply to the specified senders. Pre-made and custom auto reply templates. You use pre-made auto reply templates or create and edit your own custom templates based on your current Outlook Calendar or MSN messenger status.
