With Email Responder you can setup rules for received emails auto forwarding, specify recipient(s), types and message compression options.

 

Enable/disable Autoforwarding: 

You can enable/disable auto-forwarding in Email Responder menu.

 

*  You may also enable/disable email Auto Forwarding in the Manage statuses and templates dialog for the selected statuses. To do this, in the Manage statuses and templates dialog select a status and check „Auto Forward“ box.

 

 

 

Autoforward to email, mobile phone or pager:

    You can forward incoming email from filtered senders to your chosen email, pager or mobile phone.

1. Select „Options“ in the Email Responder menu.

2.  Click „New rule“ to set up incoming Email Auto Forwarding settings. An easy wizard will guide you step by step.

 

 

Step 1. Specify sender of the forwarding email. Select „Any sender“ or specify email addresses from your Outlook Address book.

 

Step 2. Select where to forward an email: to a standard email account, mobile phone or pager.

If on Step 2 you choose to forward an e-mail to an e-mail account:

Step 3. Specify forward recipient information. Choose an email address from your Outlook Address book.  

 

Step 4. Specify compression for the forwarded messageYou can also choose to forward attachments by checking the box „Forward attachments“.

 

 

If on Step 2 you choose to forward to a mobile phone or a pager:

Step 3. Specify the forward recipient information. Enter the phone (pager) number including the area code and select the provide name. You can add a provider name by clicking the Add button.

Step 4. Specify compression for forwarded message(s). You can also choose to forward attachments.

 

Your new rule can be accessed in the Email Responder – Options form.  Here you will be able to edit or delete the rules of forwarding.
